The rooms were spacious, great to move around easily. The air conditioning was efficient. I also enjoyed the view from our room. The location offered easy access to various restaurants just a short walk away.

The noise from nearby streets occasionally disrupted our sleep.

They gave me a double room with a very nice bathroom with super soft towels, super soft towels. The daily service was great. They had an early check-in. The location was good, just a short walk away from Agua Azul.

Had a blast with friends at this cozy hotel! We visited the fine ruins and chilled by the waterfalls nearby. The rooms were super clean and comfy, and the staff were lovely. Just a heads up, it can get noisy, so pack some earplugs! Breakfast was a real treat and really made our mornings.

Actually everything was spotless, my next choice again in Palenque. The hotel was nice and beautiful with KIND employees with good service and a substantial breakfast.

Marvellous location and lovely and kind staff were a definite plus. Aeropuerto de Palenque airport was hardly 5 minutes away by car. Truly enjoyed air conditioning and a storage space in the room.

I loved how everything was within walking distance. I could easily explore the amazing Palenque ruins and grab a bite at local spots like Restaurante Maras in just a few steps.

My family enjoyed two nights in the Economy King Room. Though we faced minor water leakage post-storm, the comfy beds made up for it. Make sure to arrive before 19:00 for parking! The location is handy for nearby attractions.

The breakfast was simple yet hearty, with homemade pastries that hit the spot! Plus, the staff was super friendly and even offered me a tasty cup of Chiapas coffee early in the morning. The location was prime, just a stroll away from local eateries like Restaurante Maras and Mr Taco.
